Our OTC Marketplace allows Citizens to buy/sell allocations prior to TGE in a secure manner.
You can make and take offers on different blockchains to reduce the GAS fees. Read Multichain for more information.
There are two types of orders: BUY and SELL.
The Taker pays a $30 fee to consummate a transaction (in addition to the cost of gas to confirm the transaction and in addition to the cost of buying the allocation).
The Maker is responsible for paying the gas fee to list/take the OTC offer.
Buyers can present as many offers as they like as long as they have sufficient liquidity to support all of the offers (it does lock up your capital in the contract when you make an offer).
Makers can withdraw offers at any point without penalty (other than gas fees).
If you have an active offer open as a seller, you cannot transfer that allocation to another wallet.
You may access the OTC Marketplace regardless of whether you have staked $BYTES on the Citizen Capital Platform. The OTC marketplace is accessible on the bar to the left. By clicking the OTC button, you will be taken to a new OTC marketplace dashboard.
To create a BUY offer, simply enter the base cost of the offer you want to make multiplied by the multiplier to arrive at the total price you are willing to offer a base position of your project of choice.
To create a SELL offer, toggle the "BUY/SELL" button to "SELL" and then repeat the steps above to make an offer.
Taking SELL offer means that you are purchasing someone's allocation and clicking BUY means you are accepting someone's BUY offer, taking his stablecoins in exchange for your allocation.
To initiate an OTC sale offer, select by clicking on the project you click the _MAKE OFFER button. A pop-up will appear allowing you to either create a "BUY" or "SELL" option.
ie. if you want to buy $100 of Heroes of Mavia for $200 (2x Multiplier) it would look like so. Click _MAKE OFFER when you are ready and confirm in your web3 wallet to confirm the offer.
To accept an OTC BUY or SELL offer, simply select the project you want to buy and when you select the project, a list of available offers is presented. These OTC BUY/SELL offers can be conducted on ETH,BNB or MATIC chain using USDC/USDT.
To accept, simply click the "shopping cart" and you will be guided to confirm the transaction and accept it in your web3 wallet. Our smart contract will check to ensure that you have sufficient liquidity or positions to be able to buy/sell.
